Starting her nursing career in 2018 in the cardiothoracic ICU, she brings precision and compassion to every client. As an Arizona native and proud mother of two, Ashley loves hiking the state’s scenic trails with their family, unwinding with gripping mystery novels, and staying in the loop with pop culture podcasts. Jacqueline is a medical aesthetician and certified laser technician dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through advanced treatments including HydraFacial®, SkinPen® microneedling, chemical peels, laser services, and personalized medical-grade skincare routines. With a degree in education, she is passionate about guiding her patients through their skin journey. She enjoys teaching her patients about treatments and products so they feel confident and empowered every step of the way. Her experience working with leading medspas and plastic surgeons in the Valley has shaped her deep commitment to repairing the skin barrier and addressing concerns at their root. Blending clinical expertise with a personalized and compassionate approach, she focuses on long-term skin health and lasting results.

Kara was born and raised in New Jersey, where she completed her Undergraduate Degree in Nursing at Seton Hall University and then proceeded to complete her Master’s Degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2013. She is currently board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

For the past twenty years, she has provided patient and family-centric care, while directing clinical operations in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, and Aeromedical realms. Her love of continuing education in critical care medicine continues to be fulfilled at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she is privileged to be on the Cardiovascular Surgery team, in conjunction with Harvard Medicine.

Her passion for regenerative medicine stems from her own multi-system trauma and skin cancer journeys. It is her philosophy, that the industry has the profound ability to impact healthcare. Through science, we can serve patients through their unique recovery journey, not only by further enhancing natural beauty, but also optimizing their mitochondrial wellness and longevity.

Over the years, her knowledge within this field has grown through her love of continuing education and further expounding on her passion for regenerative medicine. Through this time, she has invested countless hours within the industry, while receiving multiple certificates, as it pertains to functional medicine with peptide and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, regenerative aesthetic injections in the states and the UK, as well as her medical director certificate through the state of Arizona, and is currently on the AmSpa Arizona Chapter Leadership Team. As a life-long learner, she continues to invest in her education to provide the utmost patient safety, while elevating best practice guidelines, as the field of regenerative medicine continues to evolve.
